What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that your browser stores when you visit a website. Comparable storage technologies such as your browser's localStorage and sessionStorage are treated the same way in law — even where no classic cookie is created. Our traffic measurement uses exactly such storage technologies, and we treat them here like cookies.
The use of cookies on this website is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG). Cookies that are not technically necessary are only set with your explicit consent.

Storage duration
id_consent— stored until you change your choice or clear your browser storage. Without this entry we would have to ask you again on every visit.id_sid— only for the duration of the session; your browser deletes it when the tab is closed.id_vid— stored until you withdraw your consent or clear your browser storage. On withdrawal we remove the entry immediately._fbp(Meta Pixel) — 90 days from your last page view. On withdrawal we no longer load the pixel; you can delete the cookie already set via your browser settings.
Apart from the Meta Pixel we do not use marketing or advertising cookies; there are no further cookies from advertising networks, social media services or external analytics providers on internet-deals.de.
Consent and withdrawal
On your first visit a notice bar appears at the bottom of the screen. "Necessary cookies only" (top right) keeps it to the technically necessary cookies, "Accept all" additionally allows the statistics and marketing categories, and "Customise" lets you choose per category. Until you decide, no measurement runs and nothing is stored in your browser. If you choose "Necessary cookies only", it stays that way — the site works in full.
You can withdraw your consent to the statistics and marketing categories (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(1) TDDDG) at any time with effect for the future:

Statistics: Section 25(1) TDDDG for storing and reading in your browser, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for the subsequent analysis — in each case only with your consent.
Marketing (Meta Pixel): Section 25(1) TDDDG for setting and reading the Meta cookies, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for the transfer to Meta — only with your consent. Meta's subsequent processing is governed by Meta's privacy policy.
Affiliate redirection (Awin, communicationAds): Cookies are only set on the provider's target page or by the respective network — under their responsibility. Neither network sets anything on internet-deals.de itself.
