MARKTIX AG is solely responsible for the operation, content, comparison services, data processing, and the brokering of contract conclusions on internet-deals.de.

Any claims relating to the use of the platform, the brokering of contracts, or the processing of personal data must be asserted exclusively against MARKTIX AG, to the extent legally permissible.

EU representative pursuant to Art. 27 GDPR

As MARKTIX AG is headquartered in Switzerland, and thus outside the EU, but its offer is directed at persons in the EU, it has appointed the following representative in the Union pursuant to Art. 27 GDPR:

You can additionally contact the EU representative with any data protection concerns. Responsibility under data protection law remains exclusively with MARKTIX AG; the appointment of the representative does not establish an establishment in Germany.

2. Principle

The protection of your personal data is a key concern for us. This privacy policy informs you which data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Telecommunications-Digital-Services-Data Protection Act (TDDDG) and, where applicable, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

• Our own reach tracking — Collection of anonymised page views (hashed IP address, country, device/browser) on our own servers; no disclosure to third parties, no cookies.
• Awin (affiliate network) — If you click on a provider link, you will be redirected to the respective provider's website via the affiliate network Awin (AWIN AG, Berlin, Germany). Awin records that the redirection took place via internet-deals.de in order to attribute the referral commission. Details can be found at awin.com.
• Newsletter — where offered, sending is done via a GDPR-compliant system with double opt-in.

Processing takes place predominantly in Germany, the EU or Switzerland. Where data is transferred to a third country in individual cases, this is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC); for transfers from Switzerland, the Swiss Standard Contractual Clauses in accordance with the FDPIC also apply.

5. Cookies

internet-deals.de only uses technically necessary cookies or comparable storage technologies required for the operation of the website (Section 25(2) TDDDG); no consent is required for these. Analytics or marketing cookies requiring consent are not currently set.

When you click on a provider link, cookies may be set on the target page or by the affiliate network Awin. This takes place outside internet-deals.de under the sole responsibility of the respective provider or of Awin.

6. Contract conclusion and data disclosure

A contract for a mobile, internet or TV plan is not concluded on internet-deals.de. When you click on a provider link, you are redirected to the respective provider's website and conclude the contract directly with the provider there. You enter all data required for this directly with the provider; MARKTIX AG does not transmit any personal data to the provider in this process.

If you use the free callback or consultation service, your details (name, phone number, email if applicable, and preferred appointment time) are used exclusively by MARKTIX AG for the purpose of contacting you and providing consultation. This data is not disclosed to providers.

Newsletter (double opt-in)

For the newsletter, we use the double opt-in procedure: after you sign up, you receive an email with a confirmation link; only after clicking it do we add you to the distribution list. Your consent is logged for evidence purposes (time, IP address and version of the consent text). You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, with effect for the future, via the unsubscribe link in every email or by sending us a message.

Telephone advice / callback

We only carry out a telephone callback or telephone advice on the basis of your prior express consent (Section 7 (2) No. 1 UWG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). To prove this consent, we store the time, IP address and the version of the consent text. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by email to the address given in the legal notice or in conversation with our staff.
